Quote to check foundation and house drainage issues

Hi there! We are interested in purchasing a property, however after a building inspection we have been advised that there is possible issues with the foundations/drain run off (due to a slope in the terrain). We need to check the below: - Water is tracking into foundation crawl space with damp foundation subsoil and high water marks on timber piles sighted, requires further investigation/repair. - Signs of rot sighted on some areas of timber foundation perimeter, requires repair/replacing - Possible Drainage required to divert water away from running under the house.
