Piles - Level and Bracing

1980's lockwood on elevated piles. Base piles are concrete and we believe that the floor may have been lifted 500mm at some point. Looking to have the floor levelled and additional cross bracing installed as the house can 'wobble' during an earthquake. Looking to level and stiffen the entire footprint. Levelling requirement is not significant House is single level dwelling of approx 13.5m by 6m. Five rows of concrete piles with 13 in each. Access is reasonable/good for a job of this nature Property is located in Pukawa near Turangi on South end of lake Taupo
