Creaky floor in 1950's bungalow needs fixing urgently

Ground level bungalow was extended 12 years ago but it seems foundation/support was not done correctly. Grout between tiles cracking and strange noise when walking over. Access below is available. This is quite urgent as the house will have to be offered for sale asap. Total creaky area about 10m2.

While not cheap, you get what you pay for - excellent work on time and on budget, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Will come back one more time if required but creaky floor has been silenced and hopefully stays that way.
