A small section of our timber floor ( 4.5m l x 1.6m w) has fallen out of level, I suspect after a major renovation in 2016. One board has clear crack in it and some small sections have a noticeable incline. The house was replied with timber piles years ago before we bought and I suspect there were not enough new piles put in. I am speculating that it requires a small amount of lifting along one wall (perhaps 20 - 30mm) and 3 or 4 new piles put in. One other section of the floor feels a bit "hollow" and I am think may benefit from an additional bearing and piles.

Camillio did good quality work at a very reasonable price. We crawled around under house together and agreed exactly what was to be done and he delivered a quality result which we are very happy with. Easy to deal with and has a strong work ethic. Definitely recommend.
