Our 100 year old house has a mix of foundations including concrete slab, partial concrete ring and piles. About 30 years ago a garage was built next to the side of the house. As part of this the foundations in this area were altered. A concrete drainage channel was built and attached to the concrete ring at the front of the house. This channel was way too shallow and caused water to ingress and rot the bottom bearer. The channel has also broken away from the front foundation ring....
ring foundation on 2 sides of house eq damaged. some jack and packing large window releveled

In two rooms some of the piles are not supporting the flooring and have a gap of 20mm between them and the bearers above Sub floor needs some work to secure the flooring onto the piles this will involve the removal of some of the flooring
Looking to get what I would call ‘Cosmetic repairs’ completed to ring foundation. There are some small cracks that need to be repaired. I hope the pictures help what needs to be done. However would like an assessment of the entire ring foundation by a trained eye and fix up any that are found. I have had a walk around and have taken photos of about 4 different locations.

I have a shed that I’d like to pour a new floor in. There is an old slab underneath and I’d just like to pour over the top. I need someone to figure out how much concrete, order a mini truck load and place it. The shed is about 6 x 3.5 m and I estimate the concrete will be about 50 to 100 mm thick.
I have two related jobs that I'd like done in the next week or so, the first one is more of a priority while the second is a nice-to-have. 1) installation of 6 concrete vents in spots in the foundation that are missing a grill (I have 5 vents already, plus a half-bag of mortar that should be plenty for the job - would just need a 6th vent bought. The vents I've got are a bit small for the holes but enough mortar should fix that or if it's easier to just buy right-size ones that's fine too.)...
Double garage slab has been cut out and needs 250mm thick slab poured. May need a ramp done too.

The site is on fill with bedrock at about ~3m. The house has a base of 120m^2. Engineers have suggested a wooden piles solution with so thats what we'd like to go with. The engineers may take a while to get specific quantities so at this stage would like a quote for a standard 120m^2 one story house with an average depth of 3m piles. Kind regards, David
