Concrete Piles - Tie to Bearers

Hi, Looking for someone to tie existing concrete piles to bearers under home, following MBIE guidance (4mm galv wire, 3.5mm galv staples). It looks like some of the piles were jack and packed previously (before our time in the house - assume EQ repairs), but it seems they forgot to tie the piles to the bearers. Just looking for someone to do final tie to bearer connection. Not looking for any re-jig of the jack and pack. Just to tie to bearers. I counted about 18 piles when I was crawling around. Primarily looking to tie the 8 or so that have been jack and packed, and then maybe whatever original untouched ones possible based on access. Underfloor space is pretty standard access. Good communications and good price. Minor miscommunication regarding scope, but once clarified an updated price was agreed that was fine and agreeable to both parties. Good stuff - would recommend!
