Concrete Base

Approximately 3.5m by 1m concrete base. I put a decent base down but it isn't level and it is in a odd shape. I'd like the base raised by 5cm - 10cm? and the odd shape filled in so that it is perfectly rectangular. Plan is to put a fireplace on it but i need it level - it is slightly raised at one end. I have wire mesh stuff. I just need someone to put the frame and fill the gap and make it level. (Photo is dirty, but once swept it is good clean concrete.
