Partial re-pile and Level
Job description
I need some foundations renewed and the house in that corner under the kitchen relevelled. My gutter overflowed into the kitchen on Jan 27th. This has not happened before and it transpired that the gutter had dropped in that corner and couldn't drain properly to the outlet. All because the piles underneath or what they were sitting on had rotted and sunk. The intention is the gutter ends up in its proper position to avoid a repeat of the internal overflow, and the kitchen ends up level. I would like to get this done sooner rather than later, before we have anymore torrential rain as on January 27th. Sad to say, I had the house repiled and levelled in the 1980's but assumed it had been done properly and didn't check it . Now I realise that I was robbed and some of the piles were not replaced or put onto a concrete base. The piles that now need replacing were sitting on wood which has rotted or the ground. It has shaken my trust and for this reason I will be carefully checking feedback. Thankyou

I highly recommend Shane. He & Steve did a wonderful job. When Shane looked at the job I was impressed by his observation of all under house & external factors, his clear explanation of their importance & how he would fix them, including diagrams when necessary for my understanding. Shane & Steve went beyond the quoted brief to do extra piles & other work not strictly related but which made big difference to me. They left the site very tidy & were very pleasant & easy to relate to. Big thanks!
