After the floods I’ve noticed floorboards in my 1910 villa seem more creaky. I want someone to check that the piles and subfloor is ok. Please include a price estimate for inspection.

Very responsive. Completed a site visit for the initial quote and then booked the job in straight away and completed a few weeks later. They lifted the bay window area of my villa and strengthened a small section of floorboards. The guys were careful not to lift it too much due to potential for window cracking.
