Centennial Hall, Newlands, Hall Flooring

I would like expressions of interest to complete a flooring project for the main hall floor in Newlands, Wellington. The floor dimensions are approx 8.1m wide by about 17m long. We currently have wood panel flooring as per the attached photos. We are looking for the main hall to be resurfaced, with a check of the foundation for the floor and with a smooth even finish, primarily suitable for bowling mats to be laid on without inconsistencies.
