Sand and coat floors - 50m2

About 50m2 of floors to sand and coat. This includes living room, bathroom, kitchen and entrance. Floors are already polished but are showing signs of wear in places (especially in two sunny spots). We live down 100 stairs in Strathmore, Wellington - I can give a hand to carry sander. We'll also move furniture to another part of the house in advance. Work MUST be done in the week 22nd-26th June. I'm keen to lock this in ASAP.
