Requirements: - Single room (3.7 x 3.85m) - Laying quickstep laminate flooring, quiet step underlay, and any leveling. - Flooring and underlay will already be provided. - Two doorways join the room. - One of the doorways links onto our kitchen, this space already has the quickstep flooring installed which will need to join and continue running through into this room. Because the kitchen used thinline board as part of the floor leveling. This room will likely require some as well to keep everything at the same height. - This room shouldn't require much leveling, but would be keen for people to view the room first to get an idea of how much prep work would be required. - Will require some undercutting on the skirting boards to install.
