Remove and replace some Spongy floorboards

We have (we think) Matai Floorboards in our kitchen and dining room. In the near future we are going to get these polished but there are several that are a bit spongy on the ends and need replacing. In addition we have 2 which just need new nails put in them as well. The job would be to remove the spongy boards, source replacement boards which are as close a match as possible (?Scaife's in Upper Hutt possibly) and install the replacement boards. We also want the other 2 boards to get new nails in them. On the pictures below the boards with stickers on them are the ones needing replacing. We would like the job done ASAP and are not exactly sure on price/cost so can negotiate on this if needed.
