Replace carpet and old vinyl with hybrid flooring

Hi, Our house is from the 80s, and the carpet is perishing. In addition, the previous owner replaced vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom about 4-5 years ago, and they could have done a better job. We want to replace all the flooring in the house with hybrid flooring. We have pets (dogs and cats), so we need flooring that is resistant to scratches and easy to clean and maintain. We are topping up our mortgage for this, so we are about two months away from starting the work. So, we will select a trader, but the job won't start immediately. I have attached the house plan. But in case it is hard to read, these are the dimensions (approx 65.83 m2): Living room: 6.3x4.2 Dining room: 3.5x2 Kitchen: 2.9x2.7 Laundry: 2.2x2.8 Bathroom: 1.7x2.8 Toilet: 0.9x2.8 Hallway: 8.6x0.9 Conservatory: 2.8x1.2

We are happy with the result. Our house now looks modern and like new. The team was friendly and informed us of what they were doing at each step. They even helped us to quickly source a builder to replace part of the rotten floor that was not noticeable under the old flooring.
