Floor tiles removal

I have a family room that is 20 square metres and has tiles on the floor. I need the tiles and the underlay removed and taken back to the wooden floor in preparation for installation of carpet. I need this done in the next 2 weeks i.e. before 6 October. I am prepared to pay for the hire of a machine to lift the tiles but need someone to operate it and do the hard lifting. You don't need to take away the rubbish from the property as we have the kitchen being renovated and someone will take all of the rubbish away separately.
