Rotten Floor replacement

There was a leak in my toilet and bathroom and the old particle board flooring under the tiles have rotted and needs replacing. (I think the cause of the leak was fixed years ago and the floor has deteriorated over time as the floor wasn't wet) We have removed most of the slate tiles and I can remove the old particle board if that helps. Eventually we will be putting in a new toilet and small vanity in toilet but we haven't picked the new tiles that we want yet. We need to get this job done asap as my husband has already accidently put his foot through the rotten floor in the laundry and I am afraid one of the kids may hurt themselves if the floor gives way under the toilet.
