Sand floor to level particle board floor.

We have a particle board floor, 30sqm that needs sanding for 2 reasons. 1. To remove all linoleum glue and 2. To ensure its level ready for hard wood floors to be laid. The finish is not important. Just the levelling.

The job cost the same as the quote, and the boss was great at communicating. But the boys that did the job didn't pay attention to our concerns and when asked to re-sand a couple of points on the floor that concerned us, did so quickly and then disappeared with saying goodbye or checking if we were happy with the result. We were in the house at the time. At the end we felt disappointed and didn't think the work done was worth the money we had paid.
