Sun room timber flooring

I need wooden flooring installed in a sunroom which is about 12 square metres. I also need some work done on timber flooring in kitchen/dinner area (about 15-20 sqm) which also includes infill of a 1sqm patch.

The wooden floor looks great. Very happy with this. Unfortunately, the guys did a bit of damage to the upper wall, probably from the sanding machine, but they came and rectified it as best as they could.
