Replace bearers (not piles) under 1960s house

3 bearers under house are borer damaged we need these replaced- the house is 1960s. with concrete piles. The floor boards and floor bearers (which run left to right in photo) are fine just the front to back bearers need replacing (the ones wired to the concrete piles). See photo we have three (running the length of the house) of these that need replacing. Thanks Deanna
