Replace vinyl in toilet floor, possible repair of ply flooring underneath

Place new vinyl on toilet floor, ply flooring may also need to be repaired but we will not know until we lift up the vinyl on the day. Must be available to do this on Sunday 24th January or Monday 25th January.
