Sheet Vinyl Bubble Repair

We recently renovated a 1960's home, including new sheet vinyl. We later found out it needed relevelling. The vinyl was left in place, but we have noticed a "bubble" approx 300mm x 300mm in the lino. It springs back up when pushed down. Tricky to get a photo of it, but I've included one to show the vinyl pattern and approx location of the bubble.

Attaching strip of vinyl

We have had a small section of wooden floor that was replaced and the original vinyl was cut to remove it. We now need this same piece of vinyl neatly stuck back on. Piece is already cut to size so just needs glued back on and possibly strip to cover join? Must be a firm, neat and clean job as home is about to be put on market. Please see photos

Sand, prep and restain wood in kitchen

Hello, we would like to change the colour of the wood in our kitchen to a darker, cooler tone. It is currently very orange and does not go with the new colours or the bench and cabinets. Unsure of the wood but I believe it will require a sand, prep and re stain to get it to the right colour.

Rimu floor patched, sanded and varnished asap

Small bedroom needs three things done to it: 1. rimu timber to be fitted into strip that has MDF at present. Will require cutting edges of current floor to all same length on both sides of MDF patch and then fitting a couple of lengths of rimu into space where MDF is currently. Timber to be fitted from door to window, not the same direction as current timber runs. 2. sand timber floor and fill larger nail holes or gaps. 3. Varnish floor ***Needs to be completed before 15 November.

Tile and or tile adhesive removal

I need 8m2 tile removed from my kitchen next week sometime to make way for laminate floor. Pretty happy to lift tiles it's more the adhesive I'm finding difficult. It's about 3mm thick and hard as concrete. Looking for a low dust option. House is in Tuahiwi, not far from Kaiapoi Cheers
