Please Help, Damaged lino

My toddler inherited a Motorbike from Santa for Xmas and accidentally ripped a skid on the lino.. Funny for her but not funny for me.. We are in a rental and desperately need this repaired before our next house inspection (25th March) please. Hoping someone could remove a patch from under the fridge and match it without it being noticeable? Damage is approx 5cm x 3cm so not very big but enough to spot as it is in the middle of the floor. Any help would be appreciated. On a tight budget so nothing extreme please. Thank you.
