1960's house with kitchen renovations done in 2017, I believe the kitchen floor was re- urethaned at that time, however have seen cracks open up in the 13 months we have owned the house. The cork floor in my bathroom needs to be repaired/replaced as it has been getting overly wet due to a shower screen that has leaked. I’d like someone to replace the shower screen or make the current one watertight, and replace the flooring. The floor in my bathroom has turned into weetbix from exposure to water and an incomplete vinyl seal. It may go under the wall to the toilet next door - not sure - but the main issue is the sinking bathroom floor. I'd like the affected particle board replaced and, if it's within your talents, to have the bathroom revinyled and properly sealed (depending on cost and vinyl choices as I may then look to revinyl the toilet and kitchen as well).Read more
Hi, I am looking for someone to lay a strip of 5m x 2m tarkett vinyl from my new bathroom through to a utility room. The total length of the area is 5.1 metres and pretty much lays in a straight strip although has to be cut around the shower through the bathroom into another small room. Bach in Kinloch, wanting to replace old tiles with new vinyl. Completed 80% of job of removing tiles, but ran out of time in some areas.
