1960's house with kitchen renovations done in 2017, I believe the kitchen floor was re- urethaned at that time, however have seen cracks open up in the 13 months we have owned the house. Keen to understand what can be done to maintain the floors, understanding that they are nearing end of life (want to avoid replacement if at all possible ). Please quote, light sanding, filling of all gaps and re-coating as recommended. Total Kitchen floor area is ~15m2 (not including area taken by cupboards and cabinets). Estimate that there are about 10 long cracks of 1-2m in length and about 15-20 spot filling required (please refer photos).
