Kitchen and Bathroom wooden flooring replacement

Water damage has affected the wooden flooring boards (under the vinyl sheet) in both the kitchen and bathroom due to a water leak from about 1.5 years ago (caused by a faulty shower mixer behind the wall). Unfortunately, we weren’t advised at the time about the risk to the flooring, and we didn’t realise the extent of the moisture.
