Floor sand pine floorboards & oil / stain finish

We are after a floor sander to sand existing pine floor boards, which have had carpet removed, as well as remove the exiting varnish or poly from the kitchen and two bathrooms, and sand these areas as well. Finish with a natural matt oil or finish (something not yellow). Approx areas are: lounge 3.9 x 6.5 Dining 4 x 2.5 entrance 2.2 x 1.6 hall 8 x 1 bathroom 2.2 x 1.8 kitchen 2.4 x 2.5 ensuite 2.4 x 1.8 Toilets are easily removed from bathrooms for ease of access.
