Concreet floor sealing, sorry, no photos available

Our bathroom is a wet room, 1.5 m x 1.5 m, installed approx. 15 years ago, with an open shower & a pedestal hand basin. The floor covering is vinyl, extending approx. 70 mm up the wall to meet the wall panels. The vinyl is laid over concrete. The vinyl has developed a leak, so that shower water has seeped into the space between the vinyl & the concrete floor. To avoid removing wall panels to relay new vinyl, we'd like the vinyl removed & the concrete floor.sealed with a non slip sealer, so that the concrete becomes the new wet room floor. Our location is not Otaki, it's Orewa on the Hibiscus Coast
