Installation of Vinyl Plank Flooring or Vinyl Gluedown Flooring

Hi, We are renovating a Bach and need to redo the flooring which currently has cork flooring and carpet on it. We are looking at the most inexpensive option as the property may be demolished in 2-3 years but still presentable as it will be rented out in the interim. The floor area is highlighted in blue in the photos below but is approximately 70sqm. We’d be looking at a product from Bunnings/Mitre 10 such as Vinyl Plank Gluedown Flooring or Vinyl Plank Flooring with click system depending on the which option is cheapest based on installation and preparation cost. Images of the areas are included in photos below. The property is on Takatu Road, Tawharanui. We are looking for someone with immediate availability. Thanks Debbie
