Rimu kitchen floor. 5.3m x 3.3m (18m3). Sanded and polyurethaned. Kitchen goes in 17th Oct onwards. It has been suggested that we get floor sanded, and one coat, with finishing coats after installation, as floor is likely to get scratched during install. So figure that the floor needs to be done on approx. 13 October 2016, with the final coat after kitchen installation, sometime like 26 Oct 2016

Glen was prompt in his communication & always responded. He came when he said he would come. He removed old vinyl efficiently and easily when others 3 others said how hard it would be. He is pleasant to deal with and does a great job. He quoted and did the job for the quoted amount. In dealing with Glen, he gave me confidence he could do the job and do it well. Would definitely recommend him. The best thing, you were talking to the person doing the work, so there was no miscommunication. 10/10
