Sand, Stain, Demolition...

We would like this concrete broken down low enough to make our floor a 100% wooden floor. It is about 80sqm of timber in 3 rooms that need sanding & staining. There are also tiles in all 3 rooms near the entrance ways which we would like removed.

Laminate flooring for around 2 sqm area

There is a water leak below dishwasher and the laminates are damaged. New laminates needs to be laid for around 2sqm. I have around 3 tiles of the same colour, if it needs more tiles, then include the cost of tiles too in your quote. Dishwasher might need to be disconnected and moved aside to do the work. Dishwasher needs to be connected again after the work. Photos attached Please provide quotes.

Repair to hardwood flooring

A few months ago we had a water leak behind a wall which has since discoloured the hardwood laminate floor boards. We'd like to have only these floor boards replaced. The hardwood laminate floor boards are glued to a concrete floor. Someone would need to come and view the floor boards that need replacing as it could be difficult in certain areas which are around a kitchen island. I will post some photos up shortly. Thank you
