Floor Sanding

We have a 1960's two bedroom unit that's approximately 60sqm. We have tiles in our bathroom and kitchen that we are going to remove ourselves. Underneath the tiles we have wooden floors. The rest of the house has wooden floors. We want the floors in the whole unit to be sanded and finished. The wood is a mixture and is in good condition. We would like a natural colour with a matte finish.

They did a good job but they didn't communicate well with us about the damage to our existing bathroom floors which meant we had to tile over them after they were finished.
