Remove carpets, repair flooring underneath, replace broken parts

I want to remove all the carpet from the living room and hallway. Underneath seems to be wood flooring so I'd like that repaired as much as possible, and the unrepairable parts replaced if needed, including sanding and revarnishing in a lighter colour. A part of the hallway does not have hardwood flooring so that part, I'd like to have new hardwood flooring installed, that would match the rest of the flooring.
