Install Wooden Flooring in Extension

Hi there! 🏡 I am currently in search of a professional builder who specializes in laying down wooden flooring for a 5m2 extension part of my house. (Matching with the original Tawa flooring.) Builder to remove particle board and make good of the joists (Or possibly install on top but heights will be different). Install to Landings and Stairs Total Area New: 5m2 See pictures attached.
