Our house is split single level. We had the lower level re-floored 2 years ago, and now want to have the upper level the same. The space is just under 19sqm (sketch with measurements attached). We'll source the flooring (likely stained T&G boards) for you to fit. We'll take your advice re. underlay or adhesive under the boards.

Sam made working with him so easy. Great attention to detail and work ethic. Was happy to work around other trades while they did the bathroom renovation. As you can see from the photos, the end result is stunning. Highly recommend Sam for your flooring work.
