Floor leveling for Laminate flooring

We have a room approximately 7x4, a ex double garage in the lower level of our house. There is a dividing wall in the centre, creating two rooms. Previously the floor was tiled and was affected by flooding. We have recently had tiles removed, the floor grinded and waterproofed. We are considering laminate flooring or tiles. In order to do either, the floor will need to be releveled, we are looking for a quote to level the floor with leveling compound to prepare the floor for either tiling or laminate flooring. The drop or variation of the floor is approximately 5-10mm over 3m in one room the other room appears pretty level as is. If installing tiling or Flooring is also a capability of yours, we are interested in a second quote for this. Site visits and photos possible
