Bathroom Renovation - Vinyl Flooring

Hi, I am looking for a skilled tradesperson who can install 4.3m2 of vinyl flooring in my bathroom and toilet. I am renovating these rooms after they were damaged by the flood in January. The floor has been replaced with plywood, and the base of the gib walls have been finished with timber trim. The plywood sheets are not perfectly aligned with gaps of 2-5mm visible between them due to the rooms not being perfectly square. Therefore, I need you to fill the gaps before laying the vinyl flooring. Please include the cost of supplying the vinyl, adhesive, primer, fillers, and metal trim at the hall door in your cost estimate and spreadsheet style schedule. The hallway has a carpeted floor, and so metal trim is needed at the doorway to separate the different floor coverings. I do not need the floor to be specifically waterproofed, but please use products that are suitable for wet and humid conditions. I will choose a vinyl pattern that resembles large tiles (~600mm square) and will need the patterns on adjacent sections of vinyl to match, even if this means that there is more wastage. I will choose the successful tradesperson based on your proposal, but will favour quality over price in my selection. I will then arrange a site visit with you to finalise the details and choose the specific vinyl. You will have the option to revise your quote after the site visit to reflect the vinyl selected if needed.
