Removing old floor and carpet laying new floor and carpet

Kitchen dining living room half solid wood floor and half carpet to be removed and lay new engineered wood floor light oak colour, stairs carpet to be removed and stairs to be kept as wood and need sanding and varnished maybe, upstairs 3 bedrooms and one hallway to change new carpet, bathroom --- and toilet --- to be first add new plywood floor and gib wall then waterproofed and then tiled, bathroom wall to be tiled up to 1.8m.
