Remove chipboard and lay plywood flooring in toilet, laundry, hall (part)

Need to remove vinyl, remove existing/temporary flooring, lay new plywood flooring. Downstairs 1990 wooden house on piles. Laundry upto 2.1x2.3m, toilet 0.9x1.8m. Hallway (only about 1mx1m) Have one sheet of flooring ply onsite already plus some laid as temporary fix (had water leak from washing machine). Note: We intend to get a tradie to either lay vinyl or tile once floor replaced. We intend to get a plumber to replace bathroom toilet and hand basin (on wall).
