Removal of flooring - wood laminate and carpet

We need to have the wood laminate flooring in our kitchen, dining and entrance removed in preparation for concrete polishing. There is a kitchen island bench and kitchen cabinetry which were installed on top of the wood laminate. I imagine these need to be lifted. This may involve needing a plumber and electrician also ? Plus we need to have the carpet in our lounge area, study and adjoining space removed also in preparation for concrete polishing. All flooring and carpet to be taken away.
