Floor Leveling & Installation of SPC Planks

Hi, we have removed old cork flooring in house & would like to lay SPC planks down. 1.)Some areas of the subfloor are uneven, this need to be levelled out. 2.) Waterproof bathroom floor (if recommended) 2.)Lay floating floor Area is approx 30sqm, minus the cabintery and stairs area. The rubbish, nails, left of cork etc will be removed from site before you start Location: Devonport Time Frame: ASAP
