Replacing underlay

Hi I need a registered tradesperson to replace my underlay with better soundproofing underlay. The floors were recently done with HanWood 8mm Aviento Laminate from Bunnings with 2mm underlay. My neighbour below is complaining ( sigh) and we are hoping to find a solution as I am in the middle of selling my house! Its a space that is 33 sq metres - wooden floor underneath. ASAP.
