KittenRoom - vinyl sheet floor with pencil cove

Simple 2.4m x 2.6m room needing vinyl sheeting laid with a pencil cove up the walls a bit like a clean room/hospital/vet clinic, thinking maybe 20-30cm up the wall but open to suggestions. Room is used for foster kittens and needing pencil cove to avoid liquids seeping into the floor underneath. Planning to get some wood look vinyl sheeting from mitre 10 or Bunnings. The room currently has carpet and skirting board which I am planning to pull up myself, but open to you adding that in at a reasonable price. Have attached some examples of what I’m looking for. I also live stream the room on twitch so looking for someone who will be ok with being on camera during the process 😁
