Floor preparation and laminate floor laying

We need the floor preparation to be done ahead of the new kitchen install (week commencing the 13th of December) and then new laminate panels to be laid in the living room, kitchen and hall area, after the kitchen cupboards have been installed. The floor in the kitchen may need levelling. We can uplift and remove the existing flooring ourselves.
