Repair inner bedroom wall and floor for water seepage

As in the photos attached the bedroom floor and inside wall from the windowsill downwards have been damaged by water seepage. We are installing a DVS to fix the condensation issue, but we now need support to remove and replace the sections of the floor and wall that are water damaged and mouldy. Based on moister meter readings in the floor and wall we expect this to be no more than a few square meters of wall and floor. We are happy with an approximate colour match and the main concern is replacing damp sections with new, dry sections of floor and wall.
