Vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathroom

We need some vinyl flooring layed in our kitchen and bathroom, replacing existing older Lino. We have the lino already and we will get it installed while the house is empty so it will be much easier. Photos attached showing the rooms to be done. We can pull up the existing ourselves if this will significantly alter the price or make things easier.
