Lino flooring, under tile glue removal

The lino has tiles underneath which have been glued to the floor need to be removed, I need the glue sanded off and prepared for sanding & polishing (already have someone sanding & polishing, just after the glue removal) Happy to remove the lino & scrape up tiles if this will bring cost down, main job is glue removal. Areas are: Hallway, bathroom, Laundry, Kitchen & dining lino removal.
