Level floor & Vinyl planking

Approximately 20m2 vinyl planks to installing kitchen and laundry. Need job done soon, if possible. The floor needs approx 2 to 3 mm of levelling compound first as there are patches of floor tiles that are bitumen sealed on top of the soft pinewood flooring, and cannot be removed unless destroying the wood floor. 4 mm water proof vinyl planks are on site ready to go. These are click together, NOT glue down.
