Replacing the Flooring

I am looking to replace the flooring at a property that we just bought. It would be great to get a quote for the work. Attached you can find the floorplan. There are 2 types of flooring: Carpets - probably cut pile, short, color not yet selected Hard floor in the living room - probably laminate, but happy to learn about other cost-effective options The work is planned for mid December.
