bathroom floor waterproofing AND laminate flooring

We need a small bathroom floor waterproofed (4 m2) - also supplying a producer statement. We also need vinyl laminate boards laid on the floor (27 m2). We have bought them already and just need them laid -probably with underlay as well - labour only. Timeframe - in about 10 - 14 days time. New build. Flooring is newly laid Plywood.
