In the middle of a kitchen/ dining renovation. Vinyl flooring has been lifted. Staples and nails need removing. It then requires sanding to level out for new laminate flooring. Area is about 3.6 by 3.8m. In addition there is a section of particle board that’s separated (under dishwasher) and needs replacing and sealed.
